Volunteer Positions

The scribe sits near the judge and writes scores/comments during a test (must be trained for this position)

The ring steward checks rider's numbers in the warm-up ring & makes sure they are aware of their ride time. 

The announcer shares rider and horse information for everyone to hear, and provides other show announcements. 

The runner gets score sheets from the scribe to the scorekeeper on a consistent basis.

The Prize Table Volunteer writes scores on the official board and lays out ribbons, prizes  & Score sheets for riders to pick up.

The scorekeeper calculates the rider's scores given by the judges in a timely manner.

This volunteer brings ice & bottles of water to  fill our SWFDA cooler to help our riders and guests stay hydrated.
